The Pixel 5a, Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a (5G) are 5th generation Pixels sharing the same mid-range 2020 SoC. These are reasonable choices if for some reason - you can't obtain a Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro. These devices have around 2-3 years + you can't obtain a Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro. These devices have around 2 years before their end-of-life date after they receive Android 14. It's likely but not guaranteed that the Pixel 5 and 4a (5G) will have their full security support extended to match the Pixel 5a since they use the same platform.
