This runs a program in a container environment. Artifacts can be made available to the container, they are cured concurrently and mounted in order.

Having it at the project root never made sense since the "ego" name was deprecated. This change finally addresses it.

This takes some metadata, sandbox options, a launch script and a list of home-manager modules. The result needs to be executed in an environment with nix daemon access, and it produces the final package file.

Copy all flags from upstream. The machinectl flag is dropped as it does nothing. the flag package is used to reduce complexity since we do not care about compatibility with upstream.
