cat a2f97f7e0f internal/rosa/package: use mirrors.kernel.org 
The GNU mirror redirector was down yet again, and I have had enough. This change replaces all mentions of ftpmirror.gnu.org with mirrors.kernel.org.

cat 6487b41d92 internal/rosa: remove legacy exec helper 
This change also adds a fourth stage to the bootstrap machinery, offering more correct toolchain validation that works around LLVM dynamic linking flaws.
